Q: How do I receive my tickets?
A: Most tickets will be delivered electronically to your email.

Q: What Payment Methods do you accept?
A: We prefer that clients pay us via direct deposit at a Wells fargo or a Suntrust. We accept Debit/Credit Card payments online via Paypal, (These carry an additional 4% processing fee)

Q: What is the policy on Cancellations?
A: There is a cancellation fee for most airlines and some carriers have a no refund policy. Make sure you understand the rules of each particular airline before committing to buying the ticket.

Q: Can I make changes to my ticket once my plans change?
A: Yes. Additional fees may be charged to facilitate the changes.

Q: What are the limitations on luggage?
A: Most airlines limit the number of pieces to 2 checked and one carry on. The checked pieces must not exceed 62 linear inches, total of the length, width, and height. No more than 50 pounds in weight and the carry-on is limited to 9″ x 14″ x 22″ or 20 pounds in weight.
